The Art of starting a Flower Farm

Patience. A virtue that Little Flower Farm has had to learn. We thought patience would apply to waiting and watching the tiny seeds sprout, or the waiting for buds to open, or waiting for customers to discover our endeavours, or waiting for the idea to slowly develop and grow. But all these things don't need patience. They happen much too quickly. Patience is needed for the lawyers who need to ensure you are doing something good, that won't damage anyone or anything. And, although we know they are needed - if only they could see what is at the heart of little flower farm - then they wouldn't need to worry - little flower farm wants to embrace nature, eco-diversity and treasure the natural Shropshire countryside. We hope that is seen as a good thing. We will be patient.
